Return & Exchange Policy
For the safety and well being of pets, we do not accept returns or exchanges after order delivery.
Why no returns or exchanges?
As our products are used directly on pets, exchanging items may lead to the spread of skin infections or conditions such as hot spots between animals.
Only Exception:
- Customers are allowed to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery courier.
- If the item is not suitable or the size is incorrect, it can be returned immediately with the courier.
- In this case, the customer will only be charged for the delivery fee.
Once the courier leaves, returns or exchanges are no longer accepted.
